A Testament to Piller’s Trusted Expertise

Middletown, NY.

American Regent, a leading injectables manufacturer to the pharmaceutical industry, has renewed its partnership with Piller to safeguard its latest U.S. manufacturing facility.

American Regent’s expansion project will feature the deployment of three state-of-the-art UBTD+ 2700 UPS units, each rated at 2250KW. This expansion faces several challenges, including space constraints. To overcome these, Piller USA will install the UPS units, complete with engines, kinetic energy storage and system controls in custom-built modular outdoor enclosures and E-houses, operating at the 35KV medium voltage level. This configuration allows for seamless integration into the existing utility infrastructure and improves power conditioning performance over longer distances.

Dean Richards, President and CEO of Piller USA, said “We are immensely pleased to be entrusted once again with their mission-critical power solutions, a testament to the trust and confidence they have in Piller’s expertise and capabilities.”

This transformative project underscores American Regent’s unwavering commitment to maintaining cutting-edge facilities that uphold the highest standards of quality and reliability in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
